Our client is looking to appoint a repair coordinator to assist their claims management team.

Description
The key responsibilities of the role:
- Assist with all tasks related to the claims process
- Work in a timely and prompt manner
- Help customers individual needs by effective questioning and listening
- Build and maintain an active claims database with accurate customer information
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting contract requirements and service level
Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Experience in claims management is essential - home claims is preferable
- Adaptable to change and ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with pressurised systems in a calm manner
- Experienced MS Officer user
