Morley Mitsubishi is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join their team. Morley Mitsubishi is a part of Regent Motors Group and has commenced trading in December 2017. It is located in Morley, next to Galleria Shopping Centre,
The successful applicant will be a part of a vibrant, busy environment. Being the first and last point of contact for our service guests; you will be greeting our clients, processing paper work and processing payments. You must be able to work in conjunction with all internal departments including a willingness to go beyond your normal duties to ensure the guest experience meets or exceeds expectations.
Requirements
- Be the primary point of contact for retail Mitsubishi service customers ensuring you maintain guest satisfaction and retention. This includes ensuring clear communication with all guests and the workshop.
- Must be efficient, focused and pay attention to detail to ensure jobs completed correctly first time and in a timely manner.
- Provide product information and general support to our customers as well as assist internal staff as required with any servicing, maintenance or recall related queries.
- Provide professional & timely customer service at all times.
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Well developed computer skills
- A passion for delivering high quality customer service. Highly developed customer service skills will be critical to success in this role.
- Be willing and able to provide support to other areas of the department and dealership as requested.
- Must be well presented and have an excellent work ethic
- Current "C" class manual drivers licence minimum
