Our client is a financial services business that prides itself on its integrity as well as its inclusive and collaborative working environment.

 

Due to the expansion of this division a new role of Contact Centre Manager has been created. The Manager will be one of three direct Reports to the Head of and be responsible to lead four Team Leaders and about forty staff.

 

These four teams perform a mixture of both inbound and outbound work that focuses on customer service and setting of appointments.

 

To be successful in this role you would need:

 

  1. Minimum two years leading Team Leaders in a Contact Centre environment
  2. Excellent ability to engage and interact with a wide variety of stakeholders
  3. Understanding of Workforce planning principals 
  4. Experience in financial services looked on favourably.
