THE ROLE

Who we are looking for...

We are looking for a professional Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher who has strong knowledge on building rapport with customers to join our team of 10 in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide. The candidate must be passionate about customer service, be caring, a good listener and looking for a long term career.

You will be committed to receiving inbound calls, making outbound calls, liaising with plumbers whilst arranging the plumbers day to day schedule. 

Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to;

  • Receiving inbound calls for new customer enquiries/ booking
  • Booking customer enquiries into scheduler and allocating to plumber
  • Liaising with Plumbers to allocate/ dispatch jobs and manage their schedule
  • Outbound calls completing customer surveys and booking annual inspections for existing customer database
  • Manage database and CRM
  • Adhoc administrative duties

Ideally you will have;

  • Understanding and empathetic personality
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience dispatching jobs and liaising with tradesmen
  • Experience dealing with inbound calls
  • Experience dealing with customer complaints
  • Ability to work multi-task and think on your feet
  • Ability to work as part of a team to reach our team goals
  • Be proactive and outcome driven
