Customer Support for Automated Cashless Solutions
My client offers a variety of Vending payment solutions.
They excel in providing great customer service and need someone who has the same customer focus and values.

The Role :
- Assist in preparation and despatch of product
- Help Customers via phone, email, skype and Face to Face resolve issues with their web based system and hardware
- Training Customers on features and functions
- Help develop user friendly manuals and user guides to enable customers to solve problems
You :
- Have a minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service role
- Possess excellent written and verbal skills
- Have a strong work ethic and common sense
- Previous experience in supporting customers with hardware and software issues over the phone
- Experience using Windows OS environment and MS Office suite
- Technical aptitude
- Patience and empathy
- Can work well under pressure and prioritise workload
- Enjoy being part of a team
