We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to help travellers from around the world get to where they want to go.

Job tasks and responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to our customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz. In this role you will;

• Create a positive customer experience by greeting and engaging our valued customers
• Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately
• Sell Hertz rental options to our valued customers
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues
• Be involved in reservations of rental vehicles and associated requirements

Skills and experience

To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and have a flair for helping others.
• Previous experience in customer service is a bonus however it is not necessary.
• Basic keyboard skills.
• You must hold a current VIC driver's license.
