Your new company
This well renowned client is actively seeking energetic and experienced Retail and Contact Centre Sales consultants to join their rapidly growing organisation based in Melbourne’s East.
Your new role
In this role you will be speaking to stakeholders such as wholesalers, retailers, electricians, architects and some lighting designers, speaking to them about their lighting needs. You will be selling distributing lamps, light fittings and lighting accessories. You will be attending to inbound and outbound calls, managing accounts, providing quotes and product information to new and existing customers. You will be required to conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and maintain a positive relationship with customers. You will need to identify customer needs, whilst working towards individual KPIs and targets.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have face-to-face or contact centre experience
- You will have sales experience
- Experience working in Energy or Telecommunications would be preferable
- Drive and motivation to exceed KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
