Our client is seeking confident and outgoing customer service champions to join their Inside Sales team in Richmond. Whether you have had experience as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, Lead Generation/Appointment Setter or Retail and Hospitality Customer Service, the doors are open for you with this role. Want to know the great news? All leads are warm, so there is no cold-calling involved.
The Role:
- Inbound and Outbound Sales
- Following up on Warm Leads Through Telephone Correspondence
- Working Towards Sales KPI's and Targets
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Up-selling and Cross-Selling of Extra Services
- Supporting Internal Teams Within Company
You Will Have:
- Previous Customer Service or Sales Experience
- Impeccable Communication Skills
- Team Player Mentality
- Natural Sales Ability
- Results Driven Attitude to Work
