Our client is a family business established over 20 years experience to be the leaders in their field.   Their clients are mainly builders and contractors and their core business is providing a repair service for showers.
 
What's the role?
Due to increased business demands, there is a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator or Customer Service Officer, to join the team on a permanent basis. This role involves scheduling jobs for technicians out on the road on a daily basis.
 
The role:
  • Monitoring scheduled daily activities and communicating any changes
  • Responsible for putting together job sheets for technicians and issuing a job list/schedule
  • Use Google maps to schedule call-outs/technicians to appropriate locations allowing sufficient timing
  • Receive sales calls, providing quotes to convert to jobs
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Follow up on customer queries (internal and external) ensuring appropriate actions are taken
  • Ensuring database is accurate
  • Providing effective administrative activities to meet businesses and client requirements
You will :
  • Be an excellent multi-tasker
  • Have a great eye for detail
  • Good telephone manner 
  • Familiar with google maps/locations to schedule jobs
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritise and multi-task in a high pressure environment
  • Accurate & efficient data entry
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
