About the role...

• Reports to the Team Manager
• Respond to inbound calls and following up with customers who have made enquiries via our website
• Assist customers with their enquiries, provide product information and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to achieve team and individual sales targets
• Enter customer information in CRM
• Bonus on offer on reaching targets

About you...

• A confident and engaging phone manner
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proven track-record of delivering sales results
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to build customer rapport quickly
• Self-motivated with a strong team orientation
• Insurance experience would be an advantage but we are open to other industry experience
• Experience in a similar professional customer service/internal sales role
