About the Company 

Located within the Norwest Business Park a Global and very well renowned business is looking for a Customer Service Representative. Having a strong global presence, our client not only manufactures supplies but imports and sells product for some of Australia’s and the world’s largest retailers. The office facility has underground parking and is fresh and modern with a fun, positive and passionate team.

About the role

This role offers a fantastic variety of work that enables you to work with multiple parts of the business. You will be responsible for speaking with customers and 3rd party logistics to provide the best level of service with product orders, follow-ups, deliveries, disputes and general enquiries. You will also be working closely with the Sales Reps to assist them with administration duties, managing key customers and maintain the database.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Responding to inbound enquiries from customers through both phone and email
  • Processing of orders through database
  • Ensuring that orders are delivered on-time and that customers are kept up to date
  • Checking and noting of stock
  • Data Entry
  • Working closely with Sales Representatives to assist with maintaining key accounts
  • Administration duties to the Sales Representatives
  • Assist in sales opportunities to grow existing business
  • Work closely with product and marketing team regarding provision of critical information to customers and sales reps
