About the role

We are looking forward to welcoming a new Customer Service Representative to the Dealer Solutions team on a full-time basis in our Brisbane CBD office. This role would suit an excellent customer focused team player with a passion for technology and problem solving.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Analysing and resolving any problems reported by internal & external customers
  • Recording all written communications clearly and consistently 
  • Ensuring all communications with customers are professional and accurate
  • Providing all customer set-ups and ongoing support services in an accurate and timely manner
  • Displaying a level of Customer Experience that is fast, accurate and disciplined 
  • Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and all other internal departments.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

  • Intermediate to high computer skills including all Microsoft Suite
  • High school certificate minimum
  • Effective communicator at all levels
  • Exceptional customer service, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  •  Strong work ethic
  • Professional working approach and presentation.

Desirable:

  • Help desk phone support experience
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry.
