Your new company
Our client is a market leader in Financial Services and they are currently seeking several experienced Customer Service Representatives. Rated the best customer service of the Big 4, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing, growing team in a role that will support customers in their investment and platform queries.
Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for retail customers, working in a fast paced, All-hands-on-deck environment, providing first class customer service and support to retail customers. This will involve assisting with everyday banking inquiries including credit card queries, account queries, transactions and internet banking. You will receive a high volume of calls, accurately updating contact details and escalating complex issues where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
We are ideally looking for candidates who have:
- Experience working in a contact centre or client services environment (ideally with a banking, finance or investments background)
- Extensive customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as professionalism
- Successful applicants will be flexible to work a rotating roster shift pattern Mon - Sun.
