Tenacity CX are Australia's leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience and Contact Centre industry. As a partner with a BIG4BANK we have multiple roles for experienced Customer Solutions representatives to join a high performing & driven team based in Olympic Park.

Duties Include:

• Managing customer enquiries via Inbound telephone calls relating to banking products.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
• Identifying customer needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
• Managing Client Records / Data Entry
• Contribute and add value to the Customer Experience - Provide an exceptional service experience in each call.

Skills & attributes required:

• Demonstrated contact centre experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Solid working history in customer service roles.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
