We are a private owned Australian Company based in Melbourne CBD. Consistent growth over the past year, has been driven by our "can do" attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. We provide niche services to the utilities industry. We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Services Officer / Debt Collection Officer.
This is a Part-Time role that could potentially lead to be a Full-Time role upon successfully completing the probationary period.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Greet Customers warmly and establish problem or reason for calling
- Determine and resolve customer complaints through telephone, email and mail.
- Use telephones and email to contact customers to verify account information, issue reminders and follow up overdue accounts
- Ensure proper customer service is being delivered and achieved consistently.
- Generate Daily reports of the collections activities conducted
Work Experience / Skills
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent Phone manners (Previous Experience Preferred)
- High attention to detail
- Debt collection experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Previous experience with working in a Utility company preferred
