We are looking for friendly, motivated and dynamic individuals to join our vibrant and energetic customer service team. We have various shifts available including Casual, Part-time and Full time.

Our customer service needs are growing, and we are adding to our team to meet client demand.

Conveniently located in Alexandria, Sydney our Operations & Reservations Centre operates 365 days a year and never closes. 

You must be prepared and be able to work some 'shift work' which include nights and weekends. You must also have your own transport.

The role involves:

·         High demand of inbound calls

·         Managing daily emails across multiple accounts

·         Data Entry

·         Liaising with third party suppliers and industry peers to build strong relationships and encourage growth within the partnerships

We’re looking for people with the following skills:

·         Exceptional customer service and communication skills – spoken and written

·         A friendly, professional, can-do attitude

·         A flexible approach to work and a proven ability to juggle priorities and multi task.

·         Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, EXCEL plus web/email with an ability to learn new systems quickly

·         A strong desire to exceed client expectations

·         High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

·         Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

·         Previous experience in a fast paced, transport or travel reservations centre will be highly regarded
