We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic and experienced Frontline Coordinator who will lead and manage the frontline team to generate memberships, whilst ensuring a strong culture of excellent customer service is achieved.

About your new role

Responsible for assisting Centre Management in achieving participation and membership targets in line with Business Plan objectives. This position incorporates a heavy sales element, which involves the development and implementation of an effective sales/tours system to achieve sales targets set by the Centre Manager. Follow up on inquiries and assisting the Management Team

The Frontline Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership, developing procedures and demonstrating a strong culture of excellent customer service. This position involves supervision and management of customer service and membership staff and the administration and management of services, programs, facilities and procedures related to your area of work. 

Part of this role is to ensure all patrons receive the highest possible level of service. This position operates primarily from the front desk, and requires a complete knowledge and understanding of reception / customer service.

What you will need to have:

• Previous experience in a sales/customer service leadership role
• Multi-skilling and an ability to deal with a busy and demanding environment
• Experience in leading a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Current CPR
