Customer Care Team Member

Flick Anticimex Pest Control is seeking mature and experienced Full Time, Part Time and Casual Customer Care Team members to join our motivated and friendly team. Our aim is to service our existing customers and to establish relationships with new clients.

The successful applicant will be warm calling from an existing client database.  All product training will be provided. Previous customer service experience is essential. This position will provide great opportunity for those who can meet and exceed sales targets.

THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for the following:

• Warm calling our existing customers and assisting them to book in yearly warranty inspections, chemical re-applications and other general pest related services.
• Allocation of work within the Scheduling System 
• Help in achieving budgets and maximise profitability
• Ensure quality control of service delivery, consistency and compliance in all operational matters and Flick systems
• Oversee and contribute to continual improvement opportunities
• To provide an effective and compliant service delivery operation.

• Demonstrated commitment to continual improvement
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of the local geographical region to effectively route manage
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• High level of computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Able to work within a hands on team environment
• Have a desire to find stable & long term employment

Desirable

• Understanding of the Pest Control industry
