The role

This is an initial 12 month maternity leave contract, and an immediate start is available. As Manager, Student Support you will be in a hands on people focused role. Day to day you will be responsible for leading, developing and motivating a fantastic team of Student Advisor and Coach Team Leaders, to thrive in a high performing, values based and student-centric environment.

About you:

  • Essential management/TL experience within a call or contact centre
  • A genuine desire to develop people & boost engagement
  • A tertiary qualification is desirable
  • The demonstrated ability to lead, support & provide feedback
  • A demonstrated commitment to exemplary customer service
  • A belief in a culture that maximises employee & student engagement
  • A keen interest in providing advice & support to staff and students
  • Experience in an administrative role which requires coordination of functions & people
  • Evidence of being a hands-on self-starter with a solution-focused attitude to problem solving
  • Demonstrated high-level computer literacy skills
  • Completion of a degree with subsequent relevant work experience is advantageous
