Located in South Melbourne you will be working as a professional Unsecured Personal Loans Officer. The purpose of this role is to assist customers through the process of their Personal Loan application. This includes assisting customers in drawing down their approved personal loan, ensuring that all compliance is adhered to and that all documentation has been completed correctly. You will play a vital role in supporting the business to achieve its targets whilst focusing on the individual needs of each customer.
Your day to day tasks will include but are not limited to-
- Providing high level customer service whilst identifying customer needs
- Monitor service delivery, ensuring timely fast and accurate information is delivered to customers regarding their enquiries
- Responding to customer enquiries and assisting with email and online personal loan applications
- Respond to customer requests and explain processes in relation to their accounts or enquiries.
- Resolving internal and external customer problems quickly, accurately and in a professional manner
- Strive to achieve targets to enhance business and personal performance
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate-
- Extensive experience in a customer service
- Experience dealing with difficult people whilst empathizing and relating to customers at an emotional level
- An understanding of compliance policies and the ability to exercise sound judgement
- The capability to pick up new tasks quickly whilst retaining information
- An ability to deal with customer enquiries in a mature manner whilst assessing their individual needs
- A focus on providing high level customer service and meeting sales targets
Candidates must be flexible to working on a rotating roster 8am-8pm Monday - Friday 38 hrs per week and also be available to attend an Assessment Centre on Thursday 12th July 2018 at 2pm
