If you are a proven sales "expert" having led successful teams in a call centre, or outbound sales environment, this may be the perfect role for you.  The ideal candidate will be a successful sales coaching professional, able to both drive sales personally and through coaching a telephone based sales team.

The role:

As a Sales Team Leader you will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager, selling directly to clients over the telephone, whilst also assisting your team members to reach peak performance and improving on staff retention.

With your strong leadership skills, high energy and professional personal, you will observe your team, provide guidance, sales insights, and continue to develop their sales skills.  Your goal is to maximise our contact with each and every potential client to ensure you and your team are hitting their sales KPIs, goals, and bonuses.

As such you will be proactively reviewing and examining call and sales performance of all team members on a regular basis, conducting assessments, making decisions, and offering solutions to improve overall sales performance.

As well as monitoring and assisting existing team members and training of new staff.

Additionally, you will assist in creating new ideas to help develop new and existing incentives to increase our success and reach across various campaigns.

About you:

  • A minimum of 3 years team leading experience from a B2C environment
  • Proven experience in sales performance assessment, and targeted individual sales coaching / call coaching
  • Be able to demonstrate past success in driving successful sales team performance
  • Previous experience in delivering group training and individual coaching to your team
  • Experience in a hands on sales management style that monitors and drives sales across the team
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Fun, Dynamic and driven personality.
