Our client is looking for 2 customer service people to get in touch with their clients to ensure they complete their mandatory systems training.
Role:

Calling venues to remind them about refresher training
Give the venue a list of staff who are now overdue
Reset passwords, remove participants, general navigation assistance
Updating excel spreadsheets with call outcomes

You need to be:

Systems savvy
A good communicator
Great negotiate who can handle objections
Experience in a call centre making 40+ outbound calls per day
Ability to perform operations in excel
