Your new role

As a Customer Service Banker you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and bringing your unique personality to every call. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls from personal or corporate and business customers about a range of simple to complex enquiries.
  • Efficiently navigating through a variety of banking systems and tools
  • Identifying, addressing and resolving general inquiries from customers

This role is a full time temporary assignment with a potential to go permanent after 6 months. We request that candidates have full working rights in Australia with full time availability between 8am to 9pm (Mon-Fri).

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in customer service or contact centre roles.
  • Previous experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Proven communication skills, the ability to connect with customers and to assist them with their queries
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
  • Someone who enjoys linking in with customers over the phone to build relationships
