BRISBANE - Full-time, Part-time and Casual

NEDS - International sports betting operator is seeking experienced Customer Support Agents to join its Customer Service Team based in Brisbane, Australia. 

As a Customer Support Agent at NEDS you will be responsible for day-to-day operations in Client Services, you will be required to provide exceptional customer support to customers, via inbound and outbound communication over various mediums of correspondence, overseeing our online international sports wagering and gaming products.

Important: This role demands flexibility including: afternoon, night and weekend shifts.

What are the key areas of responsibility for this position:

  • Attending to customer enquiries via Telephone, Email and Live-Chat regarding products and customer accounts
  • Ensuring internal processes are followed and kept up to date
  • Resolve support enquiries within predefined service levels
  • Screening new clients and confirming client verification
  • Having an in-depth understanding of internal systems in order to facilitate client query resolution
  • Having advanced knowledge of our products in order to resolve queries
  • Day-to-day player treasury functions including the screening of deposits and withdrawals
  • In-depth understanding of various promotional channels and promotions run by the marketing teams in order to promote and facilitate client query resolution
  • Provide support and assistance to team members
  • Outbound telesales activities
  • Personal Account Management of key clients
  • Ensuring the needs of the customer are the primary focus at all times

What are the key character traits required for this position:

  • Display a keen interest and experience within the gaming and/or wagering industry
  • Have a strong background in Customer Service
  • Have a high level of computer literacy and quick typing speed
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-passed team environment
  • Have high attention to detail and propensity to accurately follow processes
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be a creative, lateral thinker, that is willing to go the extra mile to ensure Superior Customer Service at all times
  • Ability to work well under pressure

What are the minimum skills and qualifications required for this position: 

A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role within the online gaming or wagering industry. Tertiary qualification preferable.
