The Client

Our client within a Federal Government agency is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join a highly motivated team, to help with delivering change through sharing expertise and delivering projects. This position is based in Canberra.

The Role 
 
Your role will be to develop and deliver projects to enhance the customer experience.
If successful your duties will include but aren’t limited to:
  • Developing partnerships across the business to support service delivery improvements and project design and implementation.
  • Providing expert advice to the business on how to incorporate the Voice of the Customer into service design and delivery across multiple channels.
  • Support business areas to effectively communicate with customers through developing and sharing customer insights and service performance information.
  • Any other duties and special projects as directed to meet business requirements.
