The Role
We are currently seeking a Case Manager for one of our specialised Toll Divisions. The role is to assist with the relocation of Defence members and their families.
You will be responsible for
- Manage and facilitate the provision of relocation services inclusive of removal services, travel and accommodation bookings and associated allowance/benefit payments.
- Be the central point of contact for your member’s enquiries.
- To work effectively as part of a high performing team, promote teamwork and cooperation within the department and other parts of the business to ensure our customer requirements are met.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- Empathetic understanding and ability to provide outstanding customer service to members at a challenging time;
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to take ownership;
- Enthusiastic, proactive and driven to work in a busy setting;
- Flexibility to work within the hours of 7am - 7pm, Monday to Friday (Brisbane CBD Office);
- Previous experience in a similar position not essential.
