A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our WA team based in Forrestfield.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and professional service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. You have a passion for quality customer service and continuous improvement, the ability to work under pressure, follow problems through to completion and enjoy working as part of a team

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years working for a freight forwarder
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities effectively
  • Strong administrative/clerical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to go over and above what is expected
  • A high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and use initiative where necessary

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, pro-active and possess a high level of problem solving and decision making skills. Strong written and verbal communications skills are essential for this role.
