We are Melbourne's leading appliance and electronics service centre and have been operating for over 30 years. We provide service support for major appliance manufacturers such as Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Hisense, Bosch, Whirlpool and many more.
We have branches in Clayton VIC and Ravenhall VIC to ensure optimum coverage across Melbourne for all our customers to deliver a prompt and efficient level of service.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The position of Customer Service Operator is responsible for providing support to our customers. This call-centre based role has positions available at our Eastern branch in Clayton and our Western branch in Ravenhall due to expansion.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
- Answering incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner
- Making outbound calls to confirm service calls
- Scheduling jobs using our software system
- General administration duties
