Customer Service - Sales
Location: Atherton
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and every second Saturday 8am-12pm.
Tableland Fertilizers is a family owned agricultural business with affiliation to CRT. It operates stores on the Atherton Tablelands in both Mareeba and Atherton.
We are seeking a suitably qualified Customer Service/Sales person to join our team. Reporting to the manager, this position will be based at our Atherton store.
Responsibilities:
Service customer enquiries and generate sales transactions.Maintain stock levels in showroom areas.
Conduct stock control and stock movement in key areas.
Loading and unloading vehicles when required.
Reconcile daily banking.
Maintain the goals and strategies of the company.
Key Criteria:
Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
Organisational, planning and time management skills.
Self-motivated and organised.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Skills and qualifications:
Current manual driver’s license Class C.
Experience in rural retail environment preferred but not essential.
Excellent computer skills.
Current forklift license preferred but not essential.
