Honda North has an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who strives to provide outstanding customer service.
This role is a key part of the service team with the opportunity to progress.
Reporting to the Service Manager your role will be;
- Meeting and greeting guests.
- Daily city shuttle service.
- Support service operations.
- Answering telephone enquiries.
- Creating appointments and respond to emails.
- Pick up and drop off customers cars.
- Provide courtesy lifts to customers.
- Filling of service related documents.
- Assist the Service Advisors in their day to day duties.
Successful candidates should have professional phone manner and great interpersonal skills. You would also need strong problem solving skills.
You will be part of a team that strives to deliver 1st class customer service. You will need to be confident with a professional appearance. A keen eye for detail and a current manual drivers licence is essential.
Working hours are 7.45am to 4.15pm and would include some Saturdays.
Previous service department work and ERA experience would be an advantage.
This is a full time position and you must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply.
