A start-up Travel Insurance Company are looking for a Service Specialist to join their fun, vibrant team, who are backed by a large number of reputable General Insurance Companies and Brokerages in Australia and Internationally. The new product they have launched is due to revolutionise the market!

The Role

• Attending to Inbound Phone calls from existing and potential clients 
• Managing Travel Insurance general inquiries & complaints
• Highly customer service and sales focused
• Ad hoc administration & data entry duties as required 
• Eager to learn and Passionate to grow in the industry
• Rotating shifts: 8am-4pm/10am-7pm/1pm-9pm

Ideal Candidate

• Experience within the Travel Insurance industry is preferred but not required
• Have a strong passion for the travel industry or insurance industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Sales and Call Center experience desirable 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
