- Provide a professional and friendly point of contact at the Reception Desk.
- To seamlessly receiving client’s concerns and resole or directing those concerns towards resolution
- Act as first point of contact for all incoming phone queries, managing requests and room bookings and general greeting of guests.
- Manage security access requests and carry out planned inspection as required
- Participate in incident reporting and partner with Facilities Manager on daily duties.
Here are some of the strengths you’ll have to help us deliver
- Experience in a similar role or busy reception role
- Strong customer service skills and able to remain calm at all times
- Ability to multi task.
- Strong organisational skills and systems knowledge.
