About the role
We’re recruiting for a B2B business in Rosebery.
The team are on the lookout for a new Customer Care Coordinator who will be based in their Head Office. In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with incoming inquiries about how the business works, how long orders will take to process, etc. You’ll be on hand to answer questions, check up on orders and help with office admin.
A typical week will include answering customer inquiries over the phone and via email, offering administrative support, liaising with the warehouse team to receive updates on shipments and delivery times, and providing general office support.
This role could be great for an experienced customer service advisor, or for someone with previous retail experience who is looking to take their first step into Head Office.
Salary on offer up to $55k + super.
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via the phone and via email.
- Working closely with the warehouse delivery team to provide customers with order and product updates.
- Helping with sales meetings - setting up, talking through some of the products, building relationships with the buyers.
- Administrative duties - updating the sales system.
Role Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, including a great telephone manner.
- Optimistic, can-do attitude; must be confident, bubbly and warm.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using administrative tools and systems such as Excel.
- Full right to work in Australia - must be a citizen or hold a valid visa that ensures full right to work on a long-term basis e.g. Permanent Residency.
