The Role
  
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our Health Fund team.
  
As a Sales Consultant – Contact Centre your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services in our Health Fund call centre.
  
This position is full time based on a 38 hour working week; however the successful applicant must be prepared to work outside of these hours if required.

Selection Criteria
  
To be eligible to apply for this position you must demonstrate the following:

• Experience in a call centre environment
• Strong sales experience and proven ability to reach sales targets
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to adapt to change
• Attention to detail
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated knowledge and an understanding of health insurance products (desirable)
