Air Liquide Australia currently has an opportunity for a Customer Care Representative based at our Wacol office in QLD.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure responses to customer requests are supplied in an efficient and timely manner
  • Implement initiatives to improve customer service delivery
  • Seek customer feedback and record within the Customer Feedback Database
  •  Ensure timely validation and confirmation of delivery trips
  • Promote Air Liquide initiatives to customers
  •  Assist in collections and timely resolution of disputes.
  • Promote and support all customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Work effectively in a close team and ensure team goals and deadlines are met on a daily basis and throughout the year

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Proved customer service abilities
  • Understanding of debt collection principles
  • Computer literacy (MS Office and Google based Docs)
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to manage conflict effectively
  • Have flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Ability to work unsupervised and independently

As this position will be required to represent the company as a first point of call, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to promote Air Liquide is essential.
