Seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative or Team Leader/Manager, with experience in handling high level escalations within a FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Medical space.

Client Details

Our client is a global FMCG business with a large portfolio of Cosmetics and Personal Care products. They take pride in their well-known brands and word class Customer Service, and are currently looking for an engaging Customer Service Manager, to lead and motivate a small team, continuously improve processes, and to ensure customer service is on par with the company standards. This role would suit a Senior Customer Service Representative or Team Leader/Manager with a passion for customer service, the ability to drive performance, and experience with handling high level escalations.

Description

As Customer Care Manager your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a team of 2 Customer Care Representatives
  • Coordinating work for the team (calls, order entry and claims processing)
  • Maintaining customer service levels, identifying and resolving any customer service, process, IT or performance issues, and managing the implementation of corrective actions
  • Providing training & coaching where needed, and fostering a positive working environment
  • Ensuring effective communications between Customer Service and other departments
  • Directly managing customer enquiries, and acting as the point of contact for any medical/product complaints
  • Processing manual and EDI orders in SAP

Profile

Our client is looking for an engaging Customer Service professional with:

  • Outstanding communication skills and an empathetic & professional phone manner
  • A passion for customer service, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Experience with product complaints and escalations
  • Exposure to FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Medical industry
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work with changing priorities
  • Experience in managing a small Customer Care team, strategy development and implementation
