Service Today is a fast growing, family owned quality emergency Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC Service Company servicing Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne.

We love our customers and they love us because we are fast, we care, we do what we promise and are forever delivering our 'Service Today'. Our team consist of over 200 staff including Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC technicians and our office Support Staff that help enable our people in the field succeed.

Located in Revesby, we are on the lookout for passionate and driven Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding team due to ongoing growth in all areas.

This role will involve;

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Resolution of customer queries quickly and accurately taking interest in fulfilling the customer experience
  • Handle high volumes and ability to multitask; so you’ll need to work calmly under pressure
  • Continuous on the job training and on our systems, products and processes.
  • Adhoc duties as directed
