This position will be rotating shifts with a total of 38 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
Shifts are:
7:00am to 3:00pm
3:00pm to 11:00pm
11:00pm to 7:00am
As you will need to be available for all shift patterns, this role usually suits people who are studying online, or have a side business/hobby and need the flexibility.
Main duties of this role include:
- Responding to and resolving technical issues and errors
- Opening work orders, tracking and following through to completion
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Daily IT support for regular customers
- Participate in ongoing system training and improvement initiative meetings
To be successful for this position, we are looking for:
- Ability to work all shifts on a 6 week rotating roster
- Customer Service experience, preferably within a call centre environment
- Proven experience investigating issues and problem solving
- A technical mind to show your ability to learn quickly within this IT Industry
- Professional and friendly communication
- Reliability
