The role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity located at our head office in Macquarie Park for an experienced Sales Support professional with leadership experience to join our Consumer Electronics Sales Support Team. This is a diverse role which will see you working with the Sales Support Manager to drive and develop the capabilities of your peers in addition to providing service delivery.

Snapshot of what your role will look like:

  • Walk the walk - provide a high level of customer service and ensure the team maintain the same standard through phone and email correspondence
  • Act as the first point of escalation - take responsibility for our four customer facing inboxes and ensure efficiency and queries are solved in a courteous and professional manner
  • Be a leader - Continuous development of staff to improve performance and expand their capabilities through training
  • Partner with wider business -  Continue to find new ways Sales Support can offer solutions to the Consumer Electronics Group

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience managing a team, preferably in a customer service/sales support environment
  • Above & beyond approach for customers – you’ll have plenty of stories to share
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail is a must
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Most importantly, strong team player with genuine interest in seeing your peers grow & develop
