My client, based in the CBD area is looking to hire an experienced and competent workforce planner. You will also team manage a small team.

This is a critical and important role that will encompass:-
- Work force planning
- Roster management
- Continuous improvement and process improvement
- Analysis and reporting
- Team management
- Performance management
- Coaching and training
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a analytical mind, with strong Excel reporting skills.
You will also have extensive experience in workforce planning/ analysis
