- $24.42per hour + Super + uncapped monthly incentives

We are recruiting for exceptional Customer Champions to join our high performing Contact Centre based in Alexandria, only 500m from Green Square station. Based within our Customer Solutions team, you will contribute to the success of our Sales Team through your natural ability to communicate with people and your desire to maximise every opportunity that comes your way!
Full training is provided (first two weeks – full time hours) as well as ongoing coaching and support to ensure you get the most out of our UNCAPPED Commission structure!
We seek a confident, bubbly and motivated individual with:

An ability to work with defined KPI’s and desire to grown and improve;

Confident, engaging and a natural ability to communicate;

Strong influencing and negotiation skills;

Sales experience – preferably within a contact centre;

Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment.
To be successful in this role, you will offer strong sales and/or customer service experience and can demonstrate your achievements through proven results. Previous Sales/Call Centre experience is not essential however favourable.
A few things to note:
- Working holiday VISA holders, looking to stay in Sydney for the next 6 months are welcome to apply.
- There is no parking available onsite and street parking is limited.
- A service station, fast food restaurant, IGA and cafés are opposite the location.
- Opportunities to work overtime on Saturday and Sunday available at our Padstow site.
