We have an exciting opportunity to engage motivated customer service representatives for a highly respected national brand based in Box Hill.

These roles offer a unique opportunity to join a newly established team that will hit the ground running!

High volume inbound call centre experience is essential as this will be a fast paced environment.

About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a proactive environment and demonstrate your passion for exceptional customer.

Supported by thorough on-the-job systems training and development, this role will see you:

  • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Provide a positive customer experience ensuring you resolve customer service enquiries
  • Provide prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communication
  • Identify and escalate more complex enquiries
  • Accurately log all interactions in the internal database
  • ESSENTIAL that you are an Australian Citizen and prepared to provide suitable documentation for a thorough Security and Citizenship Check

About the Person

We are seeking a customer service professional who:

  • Has full availability to work 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm
  • Demonstrates previous experience in a similar customer service environment
  • Is comfortable with a rotating roster, which will be released two weeks in advance
  • Enjoys following process and solving problems, and is motivated to provide great customer service to clients
  • Possesses the ability to use two monitors and navigate through multiple computer applications servicing customer interactions
  • Displays excellent communication skills
