Responsibilities
Your daily duties would include:
- Making outbound calls to customers speaking to key decision makers/influencers and develop relationships providing purchasing solutions to customers.
- Ensure SAP activities and cutovers are maintained daily
- Gain trials and manage trial phase of product and convert to sales
- Provide customers with sales quotations in a timely manner of inside 24 hours
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met.
- Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained.
- Work with internal customers to reach mutual goals/targets.
Skills and Experience
- High standard of Customer Service
- Professional presentation
- Attend and actively contribute to team meetings with; success stories, ways to improve your role challenges and opportunities.
- Support new product initiatives and product promotional drives
- Effective time management and prioritisation
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement
