Proven experience in a busy inbound customer service/call centre type role is key to securing this role within a friendly, down to earth team environment.
Responsibilities of this role include taking inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, updating records and resolving any customer queries in a professional, yet down to earth manner. An excellent telephone manner is essential.
Pick your shifts - you can choose from 10am - 6pm or 10.30am - 6.30pm. This is a long term temp role, anticipated to extend for 6-12 months plus at this stage.
Candidates living in or around LIVERPOOL, MOOREBANK, MILPERRA, BANKSTOWN, RIVERWOOD, REVESBY, PADSTOW, CONDELL PARK, CHIPPING NORTON, PRESTONS, MINTO, INGLEBURN, CAMPBELLTOWN and surrounds will find these roles within a very easy drive. Own transport required.
