The Company
This well established medium-sized telecommunications company are seeking a vibrant experienced Customer Service Consultant to join their growing company. The company is based in South Melbourne, very close to the CBD, public transport and car parking nearby.
The Role
As a Customer Service Consultant who will act as a front line for their business, providing excellent customer service over the phone and email and also internal support to the Business Development Managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- activating new services for customers
- upgrading existing services via MNC
- invoicing and stock ordering
- dispatching of stock to customers
- logging orders
- liaising with external companies and stakeholders
- assisting customers with service/support issues
- document management and reporting
- problem solve and provide solutions where possible
- providing admin support to the wider team
What experience is required?
The successful candidate will require the following:
- experience working in an customer service capacity in a fast paced environment
- proven experience working with MNC and MHD/Myka software is essential
- ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities
- a self-starter and strong organisational skills
- strong written and verbal communication
- intermediate Microsoft Office and fast typing skills
- ability to problem solve, make decisions and create solutions
- enthusiasm and a professional "can-do" attitude
