What is Xplor?

We're a software (SaaS) company based in Melbourne that has revolutionised the day to day operations of childcare centres. By automating administration, we make it possible for educators and parents to focus on a child's education.

What will I be doing as a Sales Development Representative?

Our sales team is split by different roles that work together to fully complete the sales process, from lead generation to close. Sales Development Representatives build and maintain pipeline coverage through primarily outbound calling.

  • Qualify leads and set demo appointments with potential new client accounts
  • Demonstrate empathy and build trust in external relationships with our clients
  • Work closely with marketing to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
  • Keep up-to-date records of Activities, Opportunities and Accounts in our CRM (Hubspot)
  • Attend and staff trade shows and in-person events
  • This role receives commissions based on quarterly performance targets

  • You have high levels of energy and are comfortable with making outbound calls to customers
  • You love to learn and are driven to achieve personal goals

  • You want to work in a team where you are able to manage your own time and priorities
  • You desire to work in a company that is creating change and has a big vision
  • 0-3 years of sales experience in call centre, retail, or other outbound sales environments
