We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Officers with prior Local Government experience.
Client Details
Our clients operate in Local Government and are based in various locations across Perth. They are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service officers with prior local government experience (essential).
Description
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage inbound calls from customers and the general public
- Make outbound calls regarding follow ups
- Update internal data base with client information
- Inform customers and clients the best solutions moving forward
- Liaises face to face with customers who walk in to the office
- Assist with payment methods and options
Profile
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Prior experience in a call centre
- Demonstrated ability to handle high volume calls
- Ability to offer solutions to customers
- Handle objections
- PRIOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
