Acacia Connection EAP specialises in providing industry-leading Employee Assistance Programs to companies across Australia and Internationally.

Our organisation supports human resources and management by offering professional psychology and EAP counselling services for the betterment of all employee's well-being.

Due to continued rapid expansion, Acacia Connection EAP is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking Intake Team Member.

The successful candidate will have strong administration skills and preferably experience in client call operations.

Skills we are seeking

Strong customer service focus

Ability to manage client telephone enquiries

Good understanding of using databases and Microsoft programs

A high level of client empathy and understanding

Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised

Professional attitude and friendly phone manner is essential

Positive can do attitude

High level attention to detail

Experience within the Health/HR sectors will be highly regarded

Japanese/Mandarin/similar language capability will be highly regarded as we expand our international footprint

Must be a genuinely caring person, with strong values aligned with our organisation
 

 The Role

General administration duties

Taking client phone calls and organising counselling
sessions for employees of companies we serve.

Working alongside psychology professionals in an exciting and growing business

Providing information to client Human Resource Managers who enquire about our services

Assisting to ensure our documentation maintains ISO9001 accreditation

Managing crucial record keeping and following up on clients and counsellors

Assisting with maintaining our high quality
