At Bullivants we are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service Officer to provide high quality customer assistance and sales to our clients bring customer satisfaction to a higher level within our close-knit Wollongong Team.
Reporting to the Sales and Operations Manager and working within our close-knit team you will be responsible for:
- Building great relationships with our customers mainly over the phone but also face to face and via email
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting the needs of customers to ensure their full satisfaction by providing timely and quality service
- Handle all Sales / Service & Backorder enquiries and strive for a first point of call resolution and a Service Excellence experience
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Schedule and coordinate service representatives
- Providing product based information and cross-selling products where required
In this role you will get to be the voice of the business so you will have experience in internal sales/customer service ideally with exposure to safety, lifting and/or rigging industries. You are a technically minded individual and be adept in providing and learning in depth knowledge about our products and services. You have a customer centric nature and vibrant personality as well as a passion to exceed customer expectations. You will thrive in a fast paced environment and love nothing more than making sure your customer needs are met coupled with the ability to multi-task.
