Are you a passionate and experienced leader with proven team performance? If the answer is yes, then this is the opportunity for you! In this newly created role reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and development of a group of Customer Service Team Leaders (known as Team Performance Coach in our world), helping them to exceed their targets and delight our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide support, coaching and mentoring to a group of Team Performance Coaches, working with them to meet their team and individual targets
  • Be responsible for the onboarding, leadership and development of Team Performance Coaches 
  • Participate in campaigns to motivate and engage your team to help them achieve goals and objectives
  • Oversee the NPS results and ensure all of our customer have an exceptional experience
  • Use your strong problem solving skills to help your teams help our customers through tailored solutions
  • Be across all things people including performance, probation reviews and conduct management
  • Live and breathe the Leadership Principles, inspiring your team to be their best every day
  • Be a shining example to everyone around you and be an ambassador of the Pioneer Culture

What you’ll need:

  • At least 2 years leadership experience in a sales call centre role
  • Top notch coaching skills, with the proven ability to shift performance from zero to hero
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Highly developed organisation and prioritisation skills
  • The ability to think outside of the box to innovate, collaborate, plan and implement ideas
  • A passion for people and their success
